yay!!!! exams finally over liao..though i wasn't as high as i thought i would be...seeing val and san in a few days and back home in a week! i can't wait!
sigh..actually not really in the mood to blog, but i guess i should prolly update a bit what i've been up to...in order to celebrate the end of my exams, sy and i went to have dinner at swenson, after killing many many brain cells in deciding whether to go to pastamania or swenson..in the end decided on swenson because we wanted to have ice cream, and sy got sudden craving for ice cream cause he was feeling hot one day...hahahaha...anyway, i wanted to leave space in my tummy for ice cream so i didn't want to order main course, in the end we decided to share one main course and ordered 2 ice creams..i had the nutty mighty, which explains my pm in msn, whereas sy had the coit tower..and because we are students and it was before 5.30pm, we get the student deal which is $9.80 for 2 sundaes!! sy commented that we were quite 寒酸 for ordering just one main course, initially he was skeptical that one main course isn't enough and wanted to order another one (baked rice), but i insisted on ordering one first, in case we are too full to have ice cream. i knew if we went ahead and ordered 2 mains i wouldn't be able to finish my share lor...
anyway, the bill totaled up to $30.25, and before we even asked for the bill one of the waitress came over and handed us the bill..the first thought that went through my mind was "wah, she can read minds wor..know we want to pay already?", but then after thinking through i thought it was sy who gestured for the bill without me seeing..turns out she brought the wrong bill to the wrong table...and the funny thing is she made another mistake by giving the bill to another table of people who haven't even ordered any food. not long after that, another waiter came to our table to serve us tea..i'm like "huh??" turns out it's another mistake...i was saying maybe if we sit longer they might start serving us coffee, juice and maybe another cup of ice cream..hahahaha...
after that we went walking around plaza singapura, cause sy got one 心事 to 了结...after that we went to orchard tangs and takashimaya...didn't have 收获, unless you consider all those walking as a form of training for my calf muscles...and tomorrow i'll be going to simlim square,bugis and chinatown, i foresee more walking lor...
